Yes — Sleep Karma encourages nasal breathing, it doesn't block it. You can open your mouth or remove the tape at any time. Most people forget it's there by night three.
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Try it risk-free and see for yourself. Less than 1% of customers ever ask for a refund.
Most customers notice deeper sleep and less snoring within the first 1–3 nights. Improvements like reduced under-eye bags and better energy levels typically follow within 1–2 weeks. Full health benefits — like improved focus, mood, and immune function — build over months of consistent use.

The Science
Quiet the snoring at its source.
When your mouth falls open at night, air rushes over the soft tissue in your throat and it vibrates. That's the sound your partner hears. Breathing through your nose keeps airflow calm and quiet, and that's what Sleep Karma helps you do all night.

Questions
Everything you
need to know
Most customers notice reduced dry mouth and snoring from the very first night. Deeper improvements in sleep quality develop over 1–2 weeks. The most significant benefits — focus, skin, sustained energy — typically develop over 2–3 months. That's why we offer the 90-day guarantee.
This is the most common concern — and it's completely valid. Sleep Karma doesn't block your breathing. It simply encourages your body to breathe through your nose. You can easily open your mouth or peel the tape off at any time. Most customers forget it's there by night three. If you have untreated sleep apnea or can't breathe comfortably through your nose while awake, consult your doctor first.
Our adhesive is an acrylate copolymer made by Henkel, the German adhesive maker. It's medical-grade and lab-tested to ISO 10993 for skin safety: non-cytotoxic, no skin sensitization, negligible irritation. No PFAS were detected in third-party testing of the finished tape. Hypoallergenic and designed specifically for nightly facial use, even on sensitive skin.
We offer a no-questions-asked 90-day money-back guarantee. Less than 1% of customers request a refund — but the safety net is there.
Yes. Our full-coverage design adheres securely even over light to moderate facial hair. For CPAP users, consult your healthcare provider — many of our customers use both successfully.
Absolutely. Both one-time purchases and subscriptions are available. Subscriptions save up to 50% and include free gifts, but there's zero pressure. Cancel, pause, or skip anytime.
